[Edaily Reporter NA EUN-KYUNG ] #Graphy Inc. announced on the 10th that it has selected three “Graphy Reserve Smart (SMA & ART) Clinics” in partnership with J-Vise Group, a consulting firm specializing in hospitals, to exclusively operate the “SMA” (Shape Memory Aligner) transparent orthodontic device.
This selection marks the first initiative launched following the signing of a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the two companies and is significant as it represents the first instance in which Graphy Inc. is moving beyond its existing business-to-business (B2B) marketing targeting medical professionals to fully launch business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing aimed at patients.
The selected medical institutions—one each in Seoul, Gwangju, and Busan—are all set to operate as specialized clinics that exclusively use Graphy Inc.’s SMA for clear aligner treatment.
Reserve Smart Clinic operates on a system where Graphy Inc. directly supplies SMA, rather than relying on the in-house method where individual dental clinics manufacture orthodontic appliances themselves. Graphy Inc. is responsible for product supply and clinical support, while J-Vise Group supports patient acquisition and marketing.
Starting with these three medical institutions, Graphy Inc. and J-Vise Group plan to expand their partnership network to major regions nationwide—including the Seoul metropolitan area, the Chungcheong region, the Yeongnam region, and the Honam region—by the end of the year. As early as the end of this month, each clinic is scheduled to begin full-scale SMA-based clear aligner treatment and patient-targeted marketing.
According to the company, the number of medical institutions registered in the “Find a Dentist” service on Graphy Inc.’s official website has increased from about 140 early this year to 238 recently. Graphy Inc. views this as a sign of growing interest in SMA among medical institutions and patients and plans to further expand its consumer reach through Reserve SMART Clinics.
Selected medical institutions in the Seoul area plan to apply SMA to all future clear aligner treatments, while those in Gwangju intend to operate SMA-centered clear aligner treatments based on a digital diagnostic system. In Busan, the plan is to expand the scope of SMA application to include not only general aesthetic orthodontics but also surgical orthodontics and complex cases.
A Graphy Inc. representative stated, “The Reserve SMART Clinic marks the starting point for Graphy Inc.’s first full-scale patient-targeted marketing campaign,” adding, “We will expand our patient reach by collaborating with medical institutions that intensively utilize SMA and extend our network to major regions nationwide.”
