[E-Daily Reporter An Yu-ri ] AhnLab ( AHNLAB,INC.(053800)) announced on the 10th that it received an award for outstanding contributions in the organizational category for strategic goods export control at the “2026 Trade Security Day Commemoration Ceremony” held on the 9th at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Every year at the Trade Security Day Commemoration Ceremony, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Trade Security Administration select organizations and individuals who have contributed to the stable management of strategic goods and the widespread implementation of export control systems, and present them with Ministerial Commendations. Strategic goods refer to items or technologies whose import and export are controlled for the sake of national security and international peace.

AHNLAB,INC. was selected for this award in recognition of its achievements in pioneering overseas markets and expanding exports of cybersecurity technology based on a systematic strategic goods control system.

Since 2013, as an AA-rated self-compliant trader, AHNLAB,INC. has systematically managed the entire process—from the classification of strategic goods to obtaining export licenses and post-export monitoring. Through a company-wide control system involving relevant departments such as logistics, legal affairs, research, and sales, as well as regular audit procedures, the company has faithfully complied with the regulations without any violations or management oversights to date.

In particular, the company was recognized for contributing to the strengthening of the global competitiveness of the domestic cybersecurity industry and the growth of national exports, based on its capabilities in managing the export of strategic goods.
