ATRP announced in an official statement on the 10th, “The exclusive contract between our agency and our artist CHUU has ended as of July 10, 2026.”
The agency stated, “We held in-depth discussions regarding CHUU’s future activities and agreed to conclude the exclusive contract with the hope of supporting each other’s future endeavors.”
They continued, “We would like to thank all the fans who have shown Chuu unwavering love and support over the years,” adding, “We ask for your continued interest and encouragement.”
After signing an exclusive contract with ATRP in 2023, Chuu embarked on a new journey as a solo artist. Since then, she has established her own musical identity, starting with her first mini-album *Howl* and followed by releases such as *Strawberry Rush* and *Only Cry in the Rain*.
Chu, who has solidified her position as a solo artist not only through her music but also by actively participating in variety shows, commercials, and other content, will be seeking a new agency following the expiration of this contract.
