In the fourth episode of tvN’s “What You Sow, You Reap: GoGo Farm, HaGo Farm Animal Farm” (KongKong FarmFarm), which aired on the 10th, the trainees said their final goodbyes to the dairy farm family they had grown close to and began training in new techniques at a horse farm.
According to Nielsen Korea, the episode recorded a nationwide viewership rating of 2.2%. “Kong Kong Farm Farm” ranked first among cable and general entertainment channels in its time slot both nationwide and in the Seoul metropolitan area, marking its fourth consecutive week at the top of the ratings in that time slot.
After delivering yogurt to a supermarket, Lee Kwang-soo, Kim Woo-bin, Do Kyung-soo, and Moon Sang-hoon purchased various ingredients to make curry and naan. Lee Kwang-soo and Moon Sang-hoon, who hit it off discussing food at the supermarket, also showcased fantastic chemistry during an interview with the production crew.
As the cooking began in earnest, led by Head Chef Moon Sang-hoon, Moon Sang-hoon’s clumsy cooking skills were spotted by “Gourmet Director” Do Kyung-soo’s radar. In particular, when Moon Sang-hoon started making naan dough by mixing yeast, sugar, and hot water without measuring—prompting Do Kyung-soo to raise questions—Lee Kwang-soo and Kim Woo-bin’s suspicions also grew, adding to the fun.

Despite various twists and turns, the curry and naan were successfully completed with the help of Do Kyung-soo, the only reliable support for the trio of “cooking novices.” After treating their senior ranch hands from Nepal to a taste that reminded them of home, the trainees experienced a unique sense of emotion as their final task: witnessing Kongkong and PamPam’s first-ever time out to pasture. The sight of the calves joyfully frolicking on the grass for the first time in their lives brought warm smiles to everyone watching.
A week later, with the exception of Kim Woo-bin—who was unable to join due to scheduling conflicts—Lee Kwang-soo and Do Kyung-soo began their second training session at a 140,000-pyeong horse ranch. The ranch where they received technical training was an eco-friendly pasture-based livestock farm that shelters retired racehorses, with a total of 53 horses living there. While touring the ranch, the two learned that the horses’ manure doesn’t smell as strongly because they eat more grass than feed while grazing; Lee Kwang-soo even made everyone laugh when he didn’t realize he had manure on his nose.
Meanwhile, Do Kyung-soo rode King Arthur—a horse weighing 1 metric ton—while Lee Kwang-soo meekly led the horse from behind. When Do Kyung-soo remarked, “Riding such a big horse really makes me feel like a king,” Lee Kwang-soo replied, “I really feel like a subject,” causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Setting out on their first training assignment to collect horse manure for compost, the two—true to their title as “Poop Masters”—unhesitatingly picked up and analyzed the manure. They even drew attention with a daring game proposed by Lee Kwang-soo, in which he tossed manure into his partner’s mouth. Additionally, Lee Kwang-soo was assigned “John Snow”—a racehorse that swept the races during its racing days—while Do Kyung-soo was paired with “Morris,” a retired Halla horse from the Jeju Racecourse, sparking curiosity about whether they would be able to bond with their horses.
“Kong Kong Farm Farm” is a “farm-tastic” farm stay featuring the trio of close friends Lee Kwang-soo, Kim Woo-bin, and Do Kyung-soo, set on Jeju Island. It airs every Friday at 8:35 p.m.
