[E-Daily Reporter Byung-ho Jang ] Ahead of the release of their new album, the group Stray Kids has unveiled teaser images filled with unique wit.

On the 11th, their agency, JYP Entertainment, unveiled the first concept photos for Stray Kids members Rino, Hyunjin, and Felix’s new mini-album “THIS & THAT” via its official social media channels.

The released photos catch the eye with their whimsical staging centered around coffee. Rino created a quirky vibe by holding an iron to his ear like a phone, while Hyunjin struck a dynamic pose, lifting a giant mug with one hand. Felix portrayed a scene where he appears to be drinking from a hose connected to an Americano IV drip bag using a straw.

Unconventional props—such as a slice of bread placed on a vinyl record—combined with casual yet kitschy outfits to create a free-spirited atmosphere. With Stray Kids having showcased unique concepts with every album, anticipation is building for the additional content they will release in the future.

“THIS & THAT” is the group’s first album in about nine months, following “SKZ IT TAPE ‘DO IT’,” which topped the U.S. Billboard main album chart, the “Billboard 200,” for eight consecutive albums. It is also Stray Kids’ first album release of the year.

The new album features a total of eight tracks, including the title track “This & That,” as well as “RUN IT” (pre-released on the 24th of last month), “After You,” “FARMING,” “I Do,” “Way Out,” “That Day,” and “This & That Festival Version.”

Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han—members of the group’s in-house production team 3RACHA—are credited on all tracks. The three members, who have consistently led the group’s album production since their debut, have once again captured Stray Kids’ signature intense musical style.

Stray Kids’ new mini-album “This & That” and its title track of the same name will be released on August 7 at 1:00 p.m.
