[E-Daily Reporter Byung-ho Jang ] Singer and comedian Kim Na-hee (38) is set to marry her non-celebrity boyfriend this August.

Kim Na-hee will personally announce her wedding news on the TV Chosun variety show “Chosun’s Romantics,” airing at 10 p.m. on the 13th. The episode will feature Part 3 of the “Chosun’s Romantics Singing Contest,” organized to commemorate the program’s fifth anniversary. Kim Na-hee’s performance—having advanced to the finals after passing the preliminaries—and her love story are also set to be revealed.

In a video released ahead of the broadcast, Kim Na-hee announces to the cast, “I’m getting married this year.” When host Kim Kuk-jin, who was unaware of this, asks when the wedding will take place, Kim Na-hee replies, “It’s set for August.”

Her fiancé is not a celebrity but works in the information technology (IT) industry. Kim Na-hee introduces him, saying, “My fiancé is a non-celebrity who works in the IT industry,” adding, “And he’s handsome.” Regarding his appearance, she laughs and says, “People around me say he looks like actor Nam Joo-hyuk. I’m not really sure myself.” The story of how the two met and decided to get married will be revealed during the broadcast.

Kim Na-hee previously went on a blind date with Kim Dong-young—the son of comedians Kim Hak-rae and Im Mi-sook—on the show *Joseon’s Romantics*. At the time, Kim Na-hee displayed her cheerful personality and witty banter, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere with the Kim Hak-rae couple, but the relationship with Kim Dong-young did not develop into a romantic one.

During a recent preliminary round of “Joseon’s Love Seekers Singing Contest,” she mentioned her blind date with Kim Dong-young, sharing, “He’s so handsome and has a wonderful personality, but I guess fate had other plans.” Since news broke that she has met someone new and is preparing for marriage, interest has been growing in her love story with her fiancé.

Kim Na-hee began her broadcasting career in 2013 as a comedian in KBS’s 28th open recruitment class. After participating in TV Chosun’s trot audition show “Tomorrow’s Miss Trot” in 2019 and finishing in 5th place, she expanded her career to include singing.
