SAMJIN LND COMPANY LIMITED, a manufacturer of core components for power and industrial infrastructure, announced on the 13th that it attended the signing ceremony for the Samsung Mutual Prosperity Agreement—held on the 29th of last month—as a partner company, alongside Samsung and its first-, second-, and third-tier suppliers.

This agreement was established to establish a fair trading order between Samsung and its suppliers and to expand the culture of mutual growth and cooperation beyond first-tier suppliers to include second- and third-tier suppliers. SAMJIN LND COMPANY LIMITED was represented by CEO Lee Myung-jong, who attended the ceremony and joined the agreement.

The agreement outlines cooperation measures to comply with fair trade practices based on mutual trust among partners and to enhance competitiveness and sustainability across the entire supply chain. It also includes provisions to extend the mutual growth programs operated by large corporations and first-tier suppliers to second- and third-tier suppliers, as well as support for improving capabilities in environmental, safety, and hazardous chemical management.

SAMJIN LND COMPANY LIMITED plans to use this agreement as an opportunity to further strengthen its relationships of trust with suppliers and continue its efforts toward fair trade practices and stable supply chain operations. The company’s policy is to work with suppliers to enhance not only quality, delivery times, and cost competitiveness but also environmental and safety management capabilities, thereby establishing a supply system that meets customer requirements.

The company manufactures and supplies components for energy storage systems (ESS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), as well as office automation (OA) peripherals. To meet the quality and supply chain management standards of its major clients, it is pursuing production efficiency improvements and the advancement of its quality management system. Based on this, the company plans to strengthen the foundation for mutual growth with its suppliers to enhance competitiveness across the entire supply chain.
