[Edaily Reporter Hyera Lee ] #ADforus Co., Ltd. announced on the 14th that its largest shareholder and key executives had purchased a total of 32,467 shares on the open market. The purchase represents 0.63% of the company’s outstanding shares.

CEO Lee Eun-hyun, CTO Eo Hae-min, and COO Seo Do-won participated in this purchase, each acquiring more than 10,000 shares. The company explained that this share purchase demonstrates management’s confidence in the company’s mid- to long-term growth potential and in enhancing shareholder value.
Since its IPO, ADforus Co., Ltd. has been streamlining inefficient business operations and focusing on improving the profitability of its artificial intelligence (AI)-based platform. On a consolidated basis, revenue increased for three consecutive quarters, reaching 6.48 billion won in the third quarter of last year, 6.85 billion won in the fourth quarter, and 7.82 billion won in the first quarter of this year. The company expects to continue this growth trend in the second quarter through cross-selling to existing customers and acquiring new customers.
Starting in the second half of the year, the financial results of On the Planet—which the company acquired last month—are expected to be reflected in its financials. The company plans to expand its business scope by building a data-driven creative optimization platform and to accelerate the growth of its AI-based RTB platform.
An ADforus Co., Ltd. official stated, “Based on the advancement of our AI platform, the expansion of our customer base, and the synergies from the On the Planet acquisition, we will pursue revenue growth and improved profitability while continuing to implement policies to enhance shareholder value.”
