The company is exploring options to secure production infrastructure, primarily in northern Gyeonggi Province. It plans to use funds raised through a rights offering to expand its supply chain in the northern Seoul metropolitan area and enhance its responsiveness to public infrastructure projects, logistics efficiency, and production competitiveness.
This investment is a strategic move to address the concentrated demand for road maintenance in the Seoul metropolitan area. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s 2025 National Road Traffic Survey, the average daily traffic volume on the section of Route 77 (Jayu-ro) between the Seoul city limit and the Janghang Interchange (IC) was 205,815 vehicles—the highest in the country.
The company plans to align its efforts with the government’s investments in road safety and maintenance. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has allocated 2.1 trillion won for national highway maintenance and 344.3 billion won for improvements to hazardous roads and bottleneck sections in this year’s budget, and plans to invest 3.5 trillion won in 201 road construction projects.
