[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] FNC Entertainment announced on the 14th that Choi Rip-woo, a member of the duo FLARE U, has been selected as the new host of SBS Life’s “The Show.”

“The Show” is a music variety show that airs every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. Choi Rip-woo will make his debut as a host on that day’s broadcast and will also perform a special stage.
Previously, on the 2nd of last month, Choi Rip-woo appeared as a special host on “The Show” and showcased his hosting skills. He will co-host “The Show” with Min-jae, a member of the boy group CYKERS.
Choi Rip-woo gained popularity through Mnet’s idol survival program “Boys 2 Planet,” which aired last year. He subsequently made his official debut in May as part of Flare U, a group he formed with Kang Woo-jin, who also participated in the same program.
Flare U is currently appearing on MBC M’s variety show “Idol Training Camp.” They are set to begin activities in Japan this coming September, where they plan to release an album and hold fan meetings.
