According to the latest chart released by Billboard on the 14th (local time), “Dracula” climbed three spots from the previous week to rank No. 5 on the Hot 100. This marks the song’s highest-ever ranking on the Hot 100.
“Dracula” is a song released last October by Tame Impala, a one-man band. After a remix featuring Jennie was released last February, it gained traction on short-form video platforms and successfully climbed back up the charts. The remix featuring Jennie is currently listed on the Hot 100.
Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” took the top spot on the latest Hot 100 chart. Following that, Taylor Swift’s “I Knew It, I Knew You”—a song from the animated film “Toy Story 5”—climbed to No. 2, and Ella Langley’s “Be Her” and Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen’s “I Can’t Love You Anymore” took third and fourth place, respectively.
Among K-pop tracks, “Iconic By Mistake,” a collaboration between HYBE-affiliated girl groups LE SSERAFIM, ailette, and Cat’s Eye, ranked 60th. This marks an 11-spot drop from the previous week.
Boy band BTS’s “SWIM” dropped 12 spots from the previous week to No. 84.
On the main album chart, the Billboard 200, boy group ATEEZ’s new album “GOLDEN HOUR: Part.5” reached No. 19, marking the highest ranking among albums by K-pop artists. The album had previously debuted at No. 1 on the chart the previous week. This is ATEEZ’s third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.
Additionally, BTS’s “ARIRANG” ranked 25th on the Billboard 200, while Cortice’s “GREENGREEN” and Cat’s Eye’s “Beautiful Chaos” ranked 82nd and 141st, respectively. “V8” by Seventeen’s new unit V8 ranked at No. 128.
