The issue price for the new shares is 3,920 won per share, calculated by applying a 10% discount to the reference share price of 4,355 won. The company will raise 3.5 billion won through this capital increase.
Agent AI plans to use the entire amount raised for renewable energy development projects and general operating expenses this year. The company explained that it chose the third-party allotment method, which allows for rapid fundraising, to improve its financial structure and achieve its business objectives.
The recipient of the third-party allocation is Prime Value Investment Fund. The payment date is the 23rd of this month, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on the 12th of next month. All newly issued shares will be subject to a one-year lock-up period.
The new shares to be issued represent approximately 22.4% of the total number of shares outstanding prior to the capital increase. Upon completion of the capital increase, the total number of outstanding shares will increase from 3,991,073 to 4,883,930.
