[Edaily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] MECARO.CO.,LTD.(241770)announced on the 15th that it has decided to acquire 130,600 shares of SamIl Tech for 35,599,990,000 won.
The acquisition targets the entire stake held by 10 shareholders, including Kim Jong-eun, CEO of SamIl Tech. Once the transaction is finalized, MECARO.CO.,LTD. will hold a 100% stake in SamIl Tech.
The acquisition amount represents 15.78% of MECARO.CO.,LTD.’s total assets and 17.33% of its equity, based on consolidated financials as of the end of last year.
