[E-Daily Reporter Park Sun-Yeop ] Speco(013810)announced on the 15th that Nexa Korea has become its largest shareholder following the completion of a share transfer agreement involving a change in the largest shareholder.
Nexa Korea acquired 4,917,071 shares of Speco common stock held by the previous largest shareholder, Mr. Kim Jong-seop. The stake amounts to 33.55%, calculated based on Speco’s total issued shares of 14,655,470.
Nexa Korea’s purpose in acquiring the shares is to secure management control.
Speco explained, “The transfer of shares pursuant to the share purchase agreement and the transaction closing procedures were both completed today.”
