Co., Ltd. is accelerating the commercialization of its manufacturing AX (AI Transformation) business by leveraging its proprietary platform, which integrates with NVIDIA’s “Omniverse.” K3I. Co., Ltd. announced on the 16th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with automotive electronics company SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD. to accelerate manufacturing AX based on the “Neuro Twin X” platform.

This agreement focuses on identifying collaborative models for manufacturing AX and the establishment of autonomous factories by combining K3I. Co., Ltd.’s industrial Agent AI, physical AI, and digital twin technologies with SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD.’s manufacturing capabilities. The two companies plan to explore opportunities for joint commercialization in future-oriented manufacturing innovation, ranging from supply chain management (SCM) to quality and design.
Under the agreement, K3I. Co., Ltd. will derive AX scenarios applicable to manufacturing sites based on its proprietary platform, Neuro Twin X, and proceed with technical implementation through integration with NVIDIA Omniverse. SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD. will provide on-site data—including manufacturing processes, equipment, and operational know-how—and take on the role of verifying the effectiveness of AX implementation.
Furthermore, the two companies will pursue the development of function-specific industrial Agent AI that can be implemented across the entire manufacturing process, including SCM, quality, and design. Their vision is to develop a manufacturing AX model capable of going beyond simple equipment automation to advance production decision-making, process operations, quality control, and supply chain management through AI.
SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD. is a company with over 30 years of accumulated technical expertise and process operation capabilities in the automotive electronics sector. As a key partner of HyundaiMotor and KIA CORPORATION, it has led the localization of automatic transmission components and has recently been expanding its business into future mobility fields such as UAM (Urban Air Mobility) and robotics.
K3I.
