(Photo courtesy of SM Entertainment) According to their agency, SM Entertainment, on the 16th, Red Velvet will hold their fan concert “2026 Red Velvet FAN-CON <A Day in Red & Velvet>” at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul from July 31 to August 2. Originally scheduled for two days, August 1–2, the concert sold out entirely through fan club pre-sales alone. As a result, an additional performance was scheduled for July 31, and this show also sold out quickly, reaffirming Red Velvet’s strong fanbase and ticket appeal. The excitement from the fan concert is expected to carry over into their new album promotions. Following the concert, Red Velvet will release their summer mini-album “Velvet Summer” on August 3. Featuring five tracks, including the title track “Surfin’ Boy,” the album will showcase a new summer anthem and mark the return of the “Summer Queens.”
