Lee So-ra appeared on the episode of “The Seasons” that aired on the 17th and presented a variety of performances, including her new song “I’ll Forget Your Face Completely.” “I’ll Forget Your Face Completely” is Lee So-ra’s first official new single in about seven years, following her 2019 release “Request Song,” which featured BTS member Suga. It was composed by Choi Jeong-hoon of Jannabi, and Lee So-ra wrote the lyrics herself. Lee So-ra, who performed the new song as the opening number on “The Seasons,” said, “The song was so beautiful that I received the track in March, wrote the lyrics in May, and ended up releasing it.” She added, “Since I just finished recording it, I haven’t sung it very many times,” and remarked, “I’m not sure if my feelings came across well to the audience.” Lee So-ra also shared some behind-the-scenes details, saying, “I’ve always released albums with love songs in the fall or winter, but this time I wanted to release a song in the summer, so I asked Jannabi to write a song for me quickly.” She elaborated, “I listened to all of Jannabi’s albums, and they were so amazing that I called vocalist Choi Jeong-hoon directly and asked, ‘How about we do just one sad love song together?’” Afterward, Lee So-ra thanked Choi Jeong-hoon and performed Jannabi’s “She” with her own unique twist. On that day, Lee So-ra also performed “I’ll Forget Your Face” and “To the One Who Doesn’t Love Me.”
