[Edaily Reporter Yun Junghoon ] Yuilrobotics. co., Ltd(388720)announced on the 20th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Samsung Wellstory to expand robotic automation and conduct joint technology development in the food and beverage sector.

The agreement, signed on the 13th, was established to build a strategic partnership between the two companies in the food and beverage business and the fields of robot manufacturing and application, and to strengthen business competitiveness and expand business areas by leveraging each other’s management resources.

Through this agreement, the two companies have agreed to pursue the following: △ the introduction and expansion of robots and automation equipment within food and beverage facilities; △ joint research and patent applications utilizing robotic automation equipment; △ expanded cooperation with robot manufacturers, academia, and government agencies; and △ information sharing and personnel exchanges.

In addition, they plan to establish a detailed implementation plan to ensure the smooth execution of the agreement’s terms and to continuously identify and pursue specific collaborative projects.

Yuilrobotics. co., Ltd plans to use this agreement as an opportunity to expand its robotic automation technology in the food and beverage sector and broaden the scope of its collaboration into various other industries.
