JETEMA Co.,Ltd. announced on the 20th that it held a vision declaration ceremony at its Pangyo Research and Development (R&D) Center on the 16th, where it unveiled a growth strategy to strengthen the competitiveness of its existing medical aesthetics business while expanding its business portfolio into new biopharmaceutical ventures. The company plans to expand its global market share in its existing medical aesthetics business—including hyaluronic acid fillers, botulinum toxin, and skin boosters—while actively pursuing the development of its biotech pipeline, such as GLP-1-based obesity treatments and products for presbyopia correction.
It also plans to strengthen its derma-cosmetics business as another growth driver. To this end, the company recently appointed Yoo Geun-jik, former CEO of Manyo Factory Co., Ltd. and a veteran of the cosmetics industry, as vice chairman, and intends to expand its business by combining its biotechnology capabilities with his experience in the cosmetics sector.
With this vision announcement, JETEMA Co.,Ltd. plans to enhance its entire value chain—including R&D, production, quality, sales, and global operations—and strengthen its expansion into overseas markets to increase corporate value.
