[Edaily Reporter SONG YOUNG-DOO ] SEERS TECHNOLOGY(458870) The company’s AI-based inpatient monitoring platform, “thynC™,” is being implemented in the smart patient rooms established by Samsung Seoul Hospital, further strengthening its position in the tertiary hospital market. In addition, with sales of the wearable ECG analysis solution “mobiCARE™” in the Middle East set to ramp up in the third quarter and entry into the U.S. market now within sight, observers say the company is reaching a turning point where its business—which has been centered on domestic hospitals—is expanding overseas.

According to industry sources on the 20th, Samsung Seoul Hospital has converted two patient rooms in its main building into “smart wards” serving as a test bed for digital transformation. Equipped with thynC™, these wards monitor key patient vital signs—including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation—in real time. The system utilizes wearable sensors to continuously monitor patient conditions and support the early detection of abnormal signs.

This implementation is significant because it is not merely a pilot project but part of Samsung Seoul Hospital’s strategy to build digital wards. Think is currently being introduced in the cardiology ward as well, and the system is scheduled to be fully deployed across a total of 39 beds by the third quarter of this year. It is expected that as the digital transformation expands to the ward level, the scope of Think’s application will naturally grow as well.

Samsung Seoul Hospital is regarded as one of the top tertiary general hospitals in South Korea. With Think being implemented simultaneously in smart patient rooms and general wards, SEERS has once again demonstrated its competitiveness as an AI inpatient monitoring platform that is actively utilized in real-world clinical settings, going beyond serving merely as a reference case.

The platform is also seeing rapid growth domestically. The number of medical institutions adopting Think has now surpassed 215, and its scope is expanding to include tertiary general hospitals—including the “Big 5” hospitals—and general wards. Analysts note that by extending real-time patient monitoring—which was previously centered on intensive care units—to general wards, the company is leading the domestic AI inpatient monitoring market.

As the domestic market grows centered on Think, overseas operations are also expected to yield substantial results starting in the second half of the year. In a report published today, SANGSANGINVESTMENT&SECURITIES projected that Mobicare’s sales in the Middle East will begin in the third quarter. The firm also assessed that the company’s prospects for entering the U.S. market have significantly improved following its acquisition of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance in June.

Ha Tae-gi, an analyst at SANGSANGINVESTMENT&SECURITIES, stated, “Mobicare is expected to generate revenue from the Middle East starting in the third quarter of this year,” adding, “There is a possibility of meaningful results related to Think’s overseas expansion emerging in the Middle East in the fourth quarter of 2026 and in the U.S. in 2027.”

Mobicare is a wearable arrhythmia diagnostic solution that combines long-term ECG monitoring with AI analysis. SEERS is expanding its presence in the Middle East based on a supply contract in the UAE, while in the U.S., it is pursuing medical concierge-based ECG testing services and securing referrals from medical institutions.

The industry is paying close attention to the possibility that SEERS’ growth engine will expand from a focus on domestic hospitals to the global digital healthcare market. An industry official stated, “The adoption of the platform in Samsung Seoul Hospital’s smart wards is highly symbolic, as it signifies that the platform’s clinical utility has been recognized by the nation’s leading medical institution,” adding, “Domestically, the widespread adoption of Think is driving performance, while overseas, entry into the Middle Eastern and U.S. markets—starting with Mobicare—is highly likely to become a new growth engine.”
