[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] Singer Kim Jang-hoon is heading to Dokdo once again.

According to his agency, FX Solution, on the 21st, Kim Jang-hoon will visit Dokdo on the 22nd to hold the “Dokdo Concert.” Kim Jang-hoon is scheduled to perform on stage alongside the Coast Guard Band.
An agency representative explained, “This concert was organized at the request of the East Sea Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, and we have invited newly commissioned coast guard officers who have completed their training to attend as audience members.”
This marks Kim Jang-hoon’s seventh visit to Dokdo. He has previously held three concerts on Dokdo and has consistently worked to raise awareness both domestically and internationally that Dokdo is South Korean territory through activities such as Go tournaments, a campaign to take photos on Dokdo, and a swim across Dokdo.
Prior to his trip to Dokdo, Kim Jang-hoon is scheduled to attend a ceremony to be appointed as a goodwill ambassador at the auditorium of the East Sea Regional Coast Guard Headquarters this afternoon, followed by a special performance for the Coast Guard officers.
A representative from his agency stated, “Kim Jang-hoon plans to continue various activities in collaboration with the Coast Guard to raise awareness of and protect Dokdo.”
