[Edaily Reporter JAEMIN SONG ] LG Display will showcase a wide range of next-generation OLED technologies at "K-Display 2026," South Korea’s largest display exhibition, including the country’s first unveiling of plastic (P)-OLED panels for humanoids. LG Display announced that it will participate in “K-Display 2026,” which will be held at COEX in Seoul for three days starting on the 22nd. Under the theme “Beyond Display, A Window to Connection,” the company will showcase OLED-based products and technologies ranging from humanoids to TVs, monitors, IT devices, and mobility solutions.

The exhibition is organized into four zones: Vision, Home, Work, and Mobility. In the Vision Zone, the company will showcase its full OLED lineup through an 83-inch OLED TV panel and a media wall utilizing OLEDs for IT and monitors, and will unveil its P-OLED display solution—targeted at the humanoid market—for the first time in Korea. The company explained that P-OLED is thin and lightweight, yet operates stably at temperatures ranging from -30°C to 85°C, making it suitable not only for automotive applications but also for humanoids.

In the Home Zone, the company is showcasing gaming OLEDs that deliver world-class performance. The OLED TV panels, featuring Primary RGB Tandem 2.0 technology, deliver a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and a reflectance of less than 0.3%, ensuring crisp picture quality even in bright environments.

In the Work Zone, the company is unveiling for the first time a 27-inch 5K OLED panel designed for graphics professionals and industries such as finance and healthcare. It is also exhibiting a 16-inch laptop OLED with variable refresh rate, as well as LTPO-based OLEDs for tablets, smartphones, and smartwatches, showcasing IT OLED technology that simultaneously enhances battery efficiency and picture quality.

Meanwhile, the exhibited 27-inch 5K OLED panel won the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award. LG Display explained that it was recognized for its premium monitor technology, which is well-suited for rendering high-performance AI-based content. An LG Display official stated, “K-Display is an important stage where we can directly demonstrate our competitiveness as a technology-driven company,” adding, “We will achieve market differentiation through innovative OLED technology and further accelerate our business expansion centered on customer value.”
