According to the UK Official Charts (dated July 24–30) released on the 24th (local time), “NORMAL,” a track from their fifth studio album “ARIRANG,” re-entered the Official Singles Top 100 at No. 36. This is the highest ranking among the songs making their debut on the chart this week.
“NORMAL” also showed a notable upward trend. It ranked 4th on the “Official Trending Chart,” which tracks songs with the largest increase in sales compared to the previous week, and took the No. 1 spot on both the “Official Singles Sales” and “Official Singles Downloads” charts. With this, “NORMAL” became the seventh BTS group track to top the “Official Singles Sales” chart.
Their previous hits are also gaining renewed attention. “Dynamite,” released in 2020, and the new song “Come Over” re-entered the charts, ranking 33rd and 65th on the “Official Singles Sales” and “Official Singles Downloads” charts, respectively. In particular, “Dynamite” has been attracting renewed attention following their halftime performance at the “2026 FIFA North and Central America World Cup” final held on the 19th, continuing its resurgence.
The staying power of their fifth studio album, “Arirang,” also continued. “Arirang” climbed to No. 41 on the Official Albums Top 100, marking its 18th consecutive week on the chart. In addition, it made a strong showing across major sub-charts, ranking No. 21 on the “Official Physical Albums” chart, No. 24 on the “Official Album Sales” chart, No. 26 on the “Official Scottish Albums” chart, and No. 54 on the “Official Album Streaming” chart. The title track “SWIM” climbed 10 spots from the previous week to No. 52 on the “Official Physical Singles” chart.
“Golden” by Huntrix, the fictional girl group from the Netflix animated series “K-Pop Demon Hunters,” also climbed to No. 47, extending its run on the Official Singles Top 100 chart to 57 consecutive weeks. By remaining on the UK’s main singles chart for over a year, it once again demonstrated the global competitiveness of K-pop-based content.
