“Live in Plain Sight” is a skit depicting the mishaps that occur during a live home shopping broadcast. It features KBS’s 27th class of comedians, including Yoo In-seok, Bok Hyun-kyu, Seo Seong-kyung, and Seo Yu-gi.
This segment is drawing particular attention as it marks Yoo In-seok’s first new segment on “Gag Concert” in about 11 years. Yoo In-seok previously worked alongside Song Pil-geun, Ryu Geun-ji, and Bok Hyun-kyu in the “Nom Nom Nom” segment. Drawing on his experience as a TV shopping host since 2017, he prepared this segment centered on home shopping.
In the first episode, Yoo In-seok will play a veteran TV shopping host, Seo Seong-kyung a clumsy junior host, Bok Hyun-kyu a nervous company representative, and Seo Yu-gi a company employee, as they host a samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) TV shopping broadcast. The main highlight will be whether they can successfully complete the live broadcast amid a series of unexpected situations.
On “KBS 3TV News,” Han Su-chan is set to elicit laughter when he encounters an unexpected “layover romance” situation while interviewing a couple departing for an overseas trip at the airport.
