“Good Change” is a campaign that has been running through SKT’s newsroom since last May to document and share the company’s progress in advancing AX and CX. While the campaign previously focused on employee case studies and expert contributions, it is now significantly expanding its scope to include direct customer participation, starting with this contest.

The “Promp.T for Everyone” contest was designed to highlight that AI is not a difficult or unfamiliar technology, but rather an everyday tool that anyone can use.

Customers wishing to participate can submit examples of how they’ve used AI to bring about changes in their daily lives or work, along with their own unique prompts that made this possible, via the application page on the KTCorporation Newsroom. Anyone aged 14 or older can enter, regardless of their mobile carrier.

There are two categories: △ “Life AX,” which seeks examples of solving everyday problems, and △ “Work AX,” which focuses on examples of improving productivity in work and study. The submission period runs from the 27th of this month to the 10th of next month.

Following a review process, the final results will be announced on August 20 via the SKT Newsroom. Daesang recipients—including two recipients of the Grand Prize, four recipients of the Gold Prize, six recipients of the Silver Prize, and approximately 400 recipients of the Participation Prize—will receive prizes totaling 10 million won in SK gift cards and Naver Pay points.

SKT also plans to unveil a CX media art exhibition in August that reflects customer feedback. Customer opinions collected through “Money-Earning Surveys”—an AI and big data-based survey service—will undergo data analysis and be presented as media art installations at the T Tower headquarters in Euljiro, Seoul.

Choi Jong-bok, Head of SKT’s MediaComm Division, stated, “AI transformation and innovation in customer value can lead to more meaningful changes when we work together with our customers.” He added, “We will continue to actively incorporate our customers’ diverse experiences and feedback into our services and content, and strive to create positive change together with our customers.”
