(Photo courtesy of SM Entertainment)According to their agency, SM Entertainment (SM), on the 27th, NCT 127 will release their seventh studio album, “BLINGY,” on the 24th of next month. “BLINGY” is an album consisting of a total of nine tracks. The title of the new album was revealed for the first time today. SM stated, “Through this album, NCT 127 reflects on the journey they have built over the past 10 years, while also conveying a message that they will continue to walk their own brilliant path based on deep pride in the team and the solidarity of ‘One Team.’” Since their debut in 2016, NCT 127 has promoted with songs such as “Fire Truck,” “Cherry Bomb,” “Regular,” “Hero (Kick It),” “Sticker,” “Fact Check,” and “Walk.” This marks NCT 127’s first album release in about two years, following the release of their sixth full-length album in July 2024. The group recently renewed their contract with SM Entertainment. This comeback will feature a five-member lineup, excluding Do-young and Jung-woo, who are currently serving in the military. NCT 127 will embark on their fifth tour, “NEO CITY – THE REDLINE,” starting this September.
