[Edaily Reporter Kwon Oh Seok ] KOSDAQ-listed company CXI Healthcare Technology Group Limited(900120)has signed a contract through a subsidiary to provide technical support services for a hospital AI (artificial intelligence) diagnostic system worth approximately 33.79 million yuan (about 7.3 billion KRW). This amount represents about 10% of the company’s consolidated revenue from last year and is expected to mark the start of full-scale operations for the company’s healthcare business.

The “Hospital Smart Diagnosis Project Contract” signed by CXI Healthcare Technology Group Limited’s subsidiary, Fujian Yingsheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with Huamei Haolian Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., has a total contract value of 33.79 million yuan.
The contract period runs from July 27, 2026, to July 26, 2027. The service fee was calculated based on the client’s average number of users of the hospital system over the past three years and will be settled quarterly based on actual usage.
Under this contract, CXI Healthcare Technology Group Limited will provide technical support services based on its hospital smart diagnosis cloud system. Key services include the analysis of meridian examination reports and remote diagnosis decision support. Technical support required for the operation of the system’s software and hardware is also included.
Through this contract, CXI Healthcare Technology Group Limited has expanded its existing business structure—which had focused on health foods—into the AI-based healthcare sector. Amid growing demand for hospitals’ digital transformation and the adoption of AI diagnostic support systems, the company has secured a business reference in the hospital AI diagnostic systems sector and established a new growth engine.
In the Chinese healthcare market, there is a continuing trend toward leveraging AI and data technologies to improve diagnostic efficiency and access to medical services. Demand for AI-based systems that support the diagnosis and operations of medical institutions is also on the rise.
The company plans to leverage its local business network and operational experience to identify new customers.
