We have completed sample deliveries of HBM4E to customers and are applying the optimal process to ensure technological maturity and mass production stability, with the goal of beginning full-scale mass production in 2027. We are also proactively preparing for next-generation technologies such as hybrid bonding and HBM5. We expect our iHBM cooling technology to reduce thermal resistance by more than 30%, contributing to improved system stability and operational efficiency.
