On the 29th, Hwang Jung-min’s agency, Sam Company, stated, “The person who posted malicious content about Hwang Jung-min is a suspect in a stalking case who has continuously harassed him,” adding, “Hwang Jung-min has filed a criminal complaint against this individual.” They continued, “The court has imposed provisional measures, including a restraining order, on the suspect on three separate occasions and issued a summary order imposing a fine of 3 million won after acknowledging the stalking charges,” adding, “Sam Company plans to take additional legal action against the maliciously edited posts. We apologize for causing concern over this matter.” Previously, Person A had raised allegations of an extramarital affair involving Hwang Jung-min via social media. Person A claimed that Hwang Jung-min had made romantic advances, releasing messages exchanged with him and audio recordings as evidence.
