[Edaily Reporter Han Kwangbeom ] Naver (NAVER(035420)) is launching the “Pet Mega Week” promotion, featuring over 300 pet brands, in celebration of the upcoming “World Cat Day.”

Running from August 1 to 9, this event features leading domestic and international pet brands such as “Hills,” “Royal Canin,” “Nature Libe,” and “Dongwon Pet.” Pet owners can explore a wide range of products, from essential pet food to hygiene items like cat litter.

In addition to “Pet Mega Week,” Naver is hosting a variety of themed campaigns tailored to pet owners’ needs, while also providing a more personalized shopping experience through the “Pet Voucher” feature of the ENPLUS Membership.

Various benefits have also been prepared for this Mega Week. On the Naver Plus Store app, limited-time discount coupons are issued twice daily—at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.—on a first-come, first-served basis, and Naver Plus Membership users can download coupons offering 7%, 10%, or 15% discounts.

“Brand Days,” which showcase bestsellers from popular brands every day, will also continue. The event will feature not only brands participating in the Pet Voucher program—which are popular among pet owners—but also unique products from up-and-coming pet brands.

Additionally, limited-quantity “Trial Deals” will be available daily, allowing customers to purchase new products for 1,000 won and discover new favorite stores. The Naver Plus Store app will also host a “Lucky Draw” event, where participants can win key products from participating brands through a random drawing.

Notably, this promotion features the participation of numerous major Naver Pet Voucher partner brands—including “Pesroom,” “Bon Appétit,” “SayPet,” and “Korea Mars Pet”—creating a synergistic effect. The Pet Voucher is a personalized shopping service that offers additional points and discounts to ENPLUS members who register their pet information and purchase products from Pet Voucher partner brands.

Pet Voucher is growing in popularity among pet owners who frequently repurchase items such as pet food, supplements, and hygiene products. As of July this year, the number of Pet Voucher users and partner brands had increased approximately threefold and sevenfold, respectively, compared to the same period last year.

The number of new buyers for partner brands has also increased by an average of 20% compared to before participation, confirming that pet brands are successfully expanding their reach to new customers through voucher benefits. In fact, the global pet food brand “Inaba Korea” saw its number of new buyers increase by approximately 120% after offering Pet Voucher benefits.

A Naver representative stated, “We planned ‘Pet Mega Week’ on Naver Shopping so that pet owners could discover a wide variety of products during a time when their interest is particularly high,” adding, “We will continue to offer personalized benefits and unique promotions to provide a highly satisfying shopping experience.”
