[Edaily Starin Gim Ga Yeong Reporter] Gong Hyo-jin, known as the “Married Woman Killer,” comes face-to-face with the person who threatened her husband, Jung Joon-won.
The second episode of MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama “Married Woman Killer,” airing on the 1st, depicts everything from an unidentified threat surrounding Kingfisher to the arrival of a new employee on the Dunuri Electronics Sales Team 3. Still images released ahead of the broadcast show Yoo Bo-na (played by Gong Hyo-jin) pointing a gun at someone and Kwon Tae-sung (played by Jung Joon-won) fast asleep in a café. Kwon Tae-sung receives a text message with a tip about Kingfisher and heads to the café—the designated meeting spot—but soon falls into a deep sleep. Curiosity is mounting about what happened in the meantime and the identity of the tipster. According to the production team, upon hearing that her husband Kwon Tae-sung is in danger, Yoo Bo-na immediately sets out to find the person she suspects. Struggling to suppress her complex emotions, she confronts the suspect head-on and eventually points a gun at them, leading to a tense standoff. This scene underscores just how precious her family is to Yoo Bo-na. Lee Dong-jin (played by Lee Sang-yi), while tenaciously investigating the Kingfisher sniper attack scene, unexpectedly discovers a “Baby Shark” sticker. Since this is an item commonly found in households with children, attention is focused on whether it could serve as a decisive clue to uncovering Kingfisher’s true identity. Meanwhile, Oh Hyun-nam (played by Ha Yul-ri), a new employee specializing in poison, joins Sales Team 3 at Durumi Electronics. Wearing sunglasses and exuding an aloof aura, Oh Hyun-nam has an intense first encounter with Bong Tae-min (played by Kim Nam-hee), a reclusive master who is solely focused on weapons development. MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama “Married Woman Killer” depicts the struggles of a working mom with the world’s deadliest job as she fights to maintain her work-life balance. The drama stars Gong Hyo-jin, Jung Jun-won, and Lee Sang-yi. Based on the popular Kakao Webtoon of the same name, the second episode will air on the 1st at 9:50 p.m.
