On the same day, TXR Robotics Co., Ltd. announced that it had developed a “loop-type tilt tray sorter” that can be applied to automated sorting processes in logistics centers.

The loop-type tilt-tray sorter is a logistics automation system in which individual trays circulate along a closed-loop structure to transport goods, and the trays are tilted at designated sorting points to automatically discharge the items.

With a maximum transport speed of 90 meters per minute, it can process up to 8,000 items per hour. The company explained that it can be applied to logistics sites handling a wide variety of goods, including apparel logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce, and distribution centers.

With the development of this system, TXR Robotics Co., Ltd. plans to expand its lineup of automated logistics sorting equipment, reduce reliance on external technology and equipment, and strengthen the competitiveness of its proprietary solutions. The company also plans to integrate the system with existing automation solutions, such as conveyors, piece-picking robots, and integrated control systems.

Eom In-seop, CEO of TXR Robotics Co., Ltd., stated, “The loop-type tilt tray sorter is an automated system developed to address the growing demand for high-speed sorting of a wide variety of items in logistics facilities.” He added, “Building on this development, we will expand our portfolio of proprietary solutions applicable to core processes in logistics centers and contribute to improving our clients’ sorting process efficiency and operational competitiveness.”
