The contract amount represents 28.75% of the company’s recent revenue, and the contract period runs through December 31, 2026.
Payment will be made in installments, beginning with a 5% down payment, followed by interim payments of 15%, 20%, 30%, and 20%, and concluding with a 10% final payment.
GnCenergy Co., Ltd. stated that the contract amount excludes value-added tax (VAT) and that contract terms—including the contract amount and duration—are subject to change depending on future developments.
