Its cumulative attendance stands at 3,785,914, approaching the 4 million mark. In second place, Director Na Hong-jin’s *Hope* drew 63,928 viewers, bringing its cumulative total to 4,174,475. Third place went to Universal Pictures’ *Minions & Monsters*. *Minions & Monsters* drew 12,454 viewers, bringing its cumulative total to 726,394. “Toy Story 5” ranked fourth, and “Moana” ranked fifth. With director Christopher Nolan’s new film *The Odyssey* set to open tomorrow, competition in the summer box office—featuring films like *Spider-Man 4* and *Hope*—is expected to intensify. “Spider-Man 4” is an action blockbuster in which Peter Parker (played by Tom Holland)—forgotten by everyone following the events of “Spider-Man: No Way Home”—is plunged into even deeper turmoil by the appearance of a mysterious enemy who remembers his true identity and by gaining uncontrollable powers due to a DNA mutation. He must face this new threat to protect those he loves. The film is currently playing in theaters nationwide.
