[Edaily Reporter Shin Ha-yeon ] EverWell ( YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd.(060850)) announced on the 4th that it is expanding its cloud HR platform “EverPeople” by launching “EverWelcoming,” an AI-based onboarding service.
EverWelcoming is an AI-based onboarding service that supports the entire process—from preparation for joining the company to initial adaptation—via a mobile platform. It was developed in response to the fact that, while the importance of onboarding—which systematically supports new hires’ adaptation to the organization—has grown amid the recent rise in rolling recruitment and the hiring of experienced professionals, many companies still rely on manual processes for managing onboarding documents, conducting training, and responding to repetitive inquiries. New hires can review company information, organizational culture, internal policies, and work guidelines, as well as submit onboarding documents and complete onboarding tasks, while managers can check submission status and progress in real time.
In particular, the AI Content Builder automatically organizes existing documents—such as organizational culture materials, internal regulations, employee benefits, and work guidelines—into content tailored for new hires. The company explains that this reduces the content creation burden on HR staff and ensures the company’s vision and policies are communicated with consistent content and formatting.
It also provides features such as onboarding document submission, step-by-step missions, to-do list management, progress tracking, and FAQs, enabling systematic management of the initial onboarding process.
With the launch of this service, YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd. has expanded the service scope of its cloud-based HR platform, “EverPeople.” EverPeople consists of EverWelcoming, as well as the attendance management service “EverTime,” payroll management “EverPayroll,” performance evaluation “EverEvaluation,” and collaboration solution “EverWorks.”
The company expects to streamline HR management tasks by linking personnel information generated during the onboarding process with its attendance, payroll, evaluation, and collaboration systems. In particular, the company explained that integration with ‘EverTime’ allows for the immediate application of attendance and PC-OFF policies from the start of employment, thereby reducing the need to repeatedly enter the same personnel information into multiple systems.
Lim Seung-hwan, Executive Vice President of the BPO Platform Business Unit at YoungLimWon SoftLab. Co., Ltd., stated, “Recruitment does not end with selecting talented individuals; it is only complete when new hires adapt smoothly to the organization and their work.” He added, “Through EverWelcoming, we will reduce repetitive tasks for HR professionals and provide new hires with a systematic and consistent onboarding experience.”
He added, “Moving forward, we will continue to expand our integrated HR services—centered on the Ever-People platform—to cover everything from onboarding to attendance, payroll, and performance evaluations, thereby supporting innovation in corporate HR management.”
