Established to proactively respond to the trend of production base diversification and expanded entry into Vietnam driven by global companies’ “decoupling from China” strategy, this subsidiary currently serves as a forward base for KNS CO., LTD’s overseas operations. Since its establishment, KNS CO., LTD Vietnam has solidified its business foundation by continuously developing and supplying automation equipment necessary for local production processes, primarily serving major global corporations both domestically and internationally. Recently, in response to the growing demand for robots driven by the spread of Physical AI and the trend toward unmanned operations in industrial settings, the company has been actively pursuing its robot foundry business and the production and sale of autonomous robots. It is reported that KNS CO., LTD. has secured cumulative orders for over 1,000 robots through its robot foundry business to date. KNS CO., LTD plans to expand its business portfolio into various high-tech industries—including displays, rechargeable batteries, advanced sensors, and robotics—based on its existing capabilities in the design and manufacture of automation equipment and its local production infrastructure in Vietnam, thereby increasing its opportunities to secure new orders. A company official stated, “As a Tier 1 vendor for the Vietnamese subsidiary of a global display company, KNS CO., LTD has differentiated itself locally through its automation equipment technology and supply capabilities,” adding, “We will do our utmost to successfully execute this order and secure follow-on orders.”
