This personnel decision is part of a management restructuring aimed at improving profitability and reorganizing the business structure in response to the rapidly changing market environment, while also strengthening organizational stability and laying the foundation for future growth. Co-CEO Kwon Yong-taek, a graduate of Hanyang University’s Department of Electronic Engineering and a former employee of Hyundai Electronics Industries, was a founding member who participated in the establishment of HCT in 2000. Since then, he has served as Head of the Calibration Business Division and Head of the Corporate Planning Office, and later as CEO of HNH Bio. The company explained that he has been recognized for his capabilities in organizational management, business strategy, and profit and loss management within the calibration business sector. Moving forward, HCT plans to accelerate the normalization of management and the strengthening of business competitiveness under the co-CEO system led by Kwon Yong-taek and Heo Bong-jae, with the aim of providing more stable services to customers and partners.
