[Edaily Reporter Kwon Oh Seok ] Hironic Co.,Ltd(149980), a company specializing in aesthetic medical devices, is accelerating its growth strategy—which includes expanding its global distribution network, launching new products, improving profitability, and returning value to shareholders—following the resumption of trading. (Photo courtesy of Hironic Co.,Ltd) Hironic Co.,Ltd announced on the 6th that its global network of partners and distributors has surpassed 163. The company plans to leverage its expanded overseas distribution network to increase sales of new products and recurring revenue from consumables, thereby sustaining a virtuous cycle of improved profitability and shareholder returns. Hironic Co.,Ltd is currently collaborating with overseas partners and distributors in 71 countries. By establishing local partnership systems tailored to each country’s market characteristics and regulatory environment, the company is diversifying its overseas revenue base—which was previously centered on Asia—to include North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. In particular, in the Latin American market, the company is establishing a sales base for its premium lifting and tightening medical device, the “New Double-Lo Series.” Following Brazil, Hironic Co.,Ltd has obtained regulatory approvals from health authorities in Mexico and Colombia. Based on collaboration with local partners, the company plans to expand product supply and marketing activities in key countries. The company is also strengthening sales of new products through its global distribution network. It recently expanded its product portfolio by obtaining domestic marketing authorization for “Miglow,” a next-generation microwave medical device, and “Synerget Pro,” a needle-free combination medical device. Miglow incorporates the company’s proprietary Focused Microwave (FIM) technology. Synerget Pro is a product that utilizes needle-free technology, delivering medication via high-pressure injection rather than needles. Hironic Co.,Ltd plans to address diverse procedural needs by adding microwave and needle-free technologies to its existing product lineup, which has traditionally centered on High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). Sales of consumables resulting from the expansion of equipment installations also serve as a foundation for mid- to long-term growth. The company forecasts that recurring revenue will grow in tandem with the increase in installed equipment through a model that involves the continuous supply of consumables, such as dedicated cartridges, following equipment delivery. In addition, the company strengthened its internal control system and improved cost management and production processes last year. As a result, it returned to profitability, recording consolidated revenue of approximately 32.1 billion won and operating profit of approximately 4.1 billion won. The company also overhauled its inventory management system and internal accounting management system. By conducting monthly full inventory counts and consulting with external accounting firms, the company strengthened its management framework and received an unqualified opinion from external auditors on its 2025 financial statements. Subsequently, it was excluded from the Korea Exchange’s substantive review of listing eligibility and resumed stock trading last May. A company official stated, “The expansion of our global partner and distributor network signifies that we have secured a stable foundation for growth in overseas markets,” adding, “Based on our expanded distribution network, we will boost sales of new products and consumables, and we will work to increase both corporate value and shareholder value through improved profitability and sustained shareholder returns.” Since trading resumed, Hironic Co.,Ltd has canceled all 3,995,317 treasury shares it held and paid a quarterly dividend of 233 won per common share for the first time since its founding. The total dividend payout amounts to approximately 4 billion won.
