According to their agency, Starship Entertainment, on the 7th, MONSTA X will release their new mini-album, *The Phase*, on the 4th of next month. “The Phase” marks MONSTA X’s first new release in Korea in about a year. During their hiatus, the group connected with fans through solo and unit activities, and they also released their third full-length album, “Unfold”—produced with the U.S. music market in mind—and carried out promotional activities there. The agency caught fans’ attention today by releasing a teaser video on its official social media channels, featuring dynamic performance scenes of the members depicted as particles of light. This video serves as a continuation of the VCR unveiled during their “THE X: NEXUS” world tour. That VCR depicted the members’ journey as they crossed a massive, luminous portal to reach a new dimension. The agency stated, “MONSTA X will present an album featuring a deeper musical identity and a solid group narrative.”
