Through the audio recordings, Ms. A claimed that Hwang Jung-min told her, “When I said I wanted to hug you, that was the voice of my heart,” and made remarks such as, “Just thinking about it is sexy.”
According to a TenAsia report on the 5th, Hwang Jung-min and Ms. A spoke on the phone a total of 77 times between May 2024 and May 2025, with 62 of those calls originating from Hwang Jung-min.
In response, Dispatch reported that during those 62 calls, Hwang Jung-min’s remarks included statements such as “Stop contacting me” and “Let’s cut ties.”
Amid Ms. A’s ongoing allegations, the production team of the SBS variety show *Whenever I Get a Chance* has decided to air Hwang Jung-min’s segments as scheduled.
Hwang Jung-min’s agency has labeled Person A a “suspect in a stalking crime.” The agency also stated, “The court has imposed provisional measures, including a restraining order, on the suspect on three separate occasions and issued a summary order imposing a fine of 3 million won after acknowledging the stalking charges.” Person A has denied the stalking allegations and signaled an intention to contest the case in court.

◇Amid Controversy Over Jung Joon-won’s Behavior… Gong Hyo-jin and Haha Weigh In
Jung Joon-won, who appeared on the MBC show “What Do You Do When You’re Bored?” aired on the 1st, has been embroiled in controversy over his behavior. Jung Joon-won, who is currently starring alongside actress Gong Hyo-jin in the MBC drama “Married Woman Killer,” appeared extremely nervous in the unfamiliar variety show filming environment.
The “What Do You Do When You’re Bored?” team guided the broadcast by asking Jung Joon-won to act out various scenarios, but he drew attention by failing to follow the flow or closing his eyes.
