[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] UNISON CO., LTD.(018000)announced on the 10th that it has signed a turnkey operation contract with Korea Engineering Consultants Corp. for the Eoreumbi Wind Farm located in Aewol-eup, Jeju Island.

The contract amount is 4.4587 billion won, which represents 11.07% of UNISON CO., LTD.’s consolidated revenue of 40.26792 billion won for last year. The contract term is approximately 20 years, ending on August 9, 2046.

Under this contract, UNISON CO., LTD. will be responsible for the operation and management of the Eoreumbi Wind Farm in Aewol-eup, Jeju Island. The contracting party, Korea Engineering Consultants Corp., primarily engages in wind power development and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC).

The contract amount of 4.4587 billion won will be paid out annually over the 20-year contract period. According to UNISON CO., LTD., the contract amount for the first period is approximately 149 million won. The annual contract amount will be invoiced in equal quarterly installments, with payment received within five business days of the invoice date.

There are no contract deposits or advance payments, and the project will be carried out in the form of operational management services. UNISON CO., LTD. stated that specific terms, such as the contract amount and contract period, may be subject to change depending on the future progress of the project.
