The contract amount represents 21.23% of GigaVis Co., Ltd.’s consolidated revenue of 52.435 billion won for last year. The contract period runs from the 10th to April 20, 2027.
As this is an export contract, no value-added tax (VAT) is applicable. Payment will be made in the following installments: 10% as a down payment, 80% as an interim payment, and 10% as the balance.
The contracting party is a Chinese semiconductor substrate manufacturer, though the specific company name has not been disclosed. In accordance with the contracting party’s request for confidentiality, GigaVis Co., Ltd. has not disclosed the key details of the contract; the disclosure restriction period will remain in effect until the contract’s expiration date of April 20, 2027.
GigaVis Co., Ltd. is a company that develops and manufactures equipment for inspecting microscopic defects in semiconductor substrates and repairing defective ones. Its main products include Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Automated Optical Repair (AOR) equipment for semiconductor substrates, and the company is expanding its business with a focus on the market for high-specification semiconductor package substrates, such as flip-chip ball grid arrays (FC-BGA).
