JNK Global Signs 171.2 Billion Supply Contract with Nigerian Refinery

[Edaily Reporter Kim Hyung-il ] JNK Global(126880), a company specializing in industrial fired heaters, announced on the 11th that it has signed a large-scale supply contract worth approximately 170 billion won with a Nigerian refining and petrochemical company.

The confirmed contract amount is 171,251.3 million won, which corresponds to 116.27% of JNK Global’s 2025 consolidated revenue of 147,293.29 million won. The contract amount is 121 million dollars, converted using the exchange rate of 1,415.30 won per dollar on the date the contract was signed.

The contract period runs from today through June 11, 2029. The contract includes a down payment and advance payment, and the balance will be invoiced and paid in installments according to the progress of the contract. The supply method is outsourced production.

The counterparty to this contract, Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Free Zone Enterprise, is a company engaged in the refining and petrochemical businesses. The “Fired Heaters” to be supplied by JNK Global are industrial furnaces used to heat process fluids and other materials in refining and petrochemical plants.

JNK Global specializes in industrial heaters and has been supplying related equipment to oil refining and petrochemical plants. This contract is also a supply agreement related to an oil refining and petrochemical project in Africa.

JNK Global explained that the contract amount represents the supply price excluding value-added tax (VAT) and that the contract term and amount are subject to change during the course of the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the contract.
