[Edaily Reporter PARK MIN ] NH INVESTMENT & SECURITIES announced on the 11th that it hosted a roundtable discussion at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, featuring Lynn Martin, Chair of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Group, one of the world’s largest stock exchanges.

Chairwoman Lynn Martin is a global capital markets expert who oversees the NYSE’s global operations and capital markets strategy. The roundtable was organized to mark Chairwoman Martin’s visit to South Korea.

Attendees included NH INVESTMENT & SECURITIES CEO Bae Kwang-soo, Digital Business Division Head Kang Min-hoon, and Retail Advisory Division Head Kim Ji-hoon. Representing the NYSE Group were Chairwoman Martin, Marco Chung, Head of Asia and Middle East Business, and Kim Min-cheol, Asia Relationship Manager.

It was reported that the two sides exchanged views on various topics of mutual interest, including recent major changes in global capital markets, trends in the U.S. financial markets, Korean companies’ utilization of global capital markets, and the digital financial market.

They reached a consensus on expanding opportunities for domestic investors to access overseas markets while leveraging both parties’ global networks to strengthen the exchange of market information and cooperation in the capital markets sector.

CEO Bae Kwang-soo stated, “We will continue to expand our network with major global financial institutions and strive to provide our clients with diverse investment opportunities in global markets.”
