Ahn Man-soo, the newly appointed executive director, is a management expert who has served as a division head at Ohsung LST, head of the Dasan Vietnam subsidiary, and CEO of Korea Topron. Leveraging the experience he has accumulated in domestic and international business operations, he is expected to contribute to the expansion of global business, the strengthening of networks, and the optimization of management and operational processes.
Director Lim Tae-hyuk, who has joined as an independent director, is a partner attorney at Yoo Jun Law Firm and previously served as a Public Legislation Officer at the Ministry of Government Legislation, where he was involved in legislative work related to the logistics and transportation sectors. The company plans to leverage Director Lim’s legal expertise to proactively address risks that may arise during business expansion and to strengthen its compliance management system.
Jang Ki-ho, who was also appointed as an independent director, is a pharmaceutical and pharmacy expert who previously served as a researcher at WhaninPharm and as the representative of a university pharmacy, and currently leads Jeongmun University Pharmacy. He is expected to contribute his expertise to ADBIOTECH Co.,Ltd.’s bio and pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) as well as the promotion of new healthcare businesses.
