(Photo: Delicious) Founded in 2011, Delicious launched the fashion B2B platform “Shinsang Market” in 2013 and has since established itself as Korea’s leading fashion B2B trading platform by digitizing the previously offline-centric wholesale and retail fashion trade. Currently, the company has entered a phase of substantial profit growth centered on high-margin revenue models such as “Shinsang Ad,” “Shinsang Membership,” and “Plus Membership.” It is also accelerating efforts to secure long-term growth drivers by expanding its global new-arrival delivery service and entering the fashion-related SaaS business. Previously, during the two-day subscription period for retail investors on the 3rd and 4th, the company recorded an overall subscription ratio of 10.29 to 1. During the bookbuilding process for domestic and international institutional investors, held from the 23rd to the 29th of last month, a total of 441 institutions participated, resulting in a competition ratio of 184.06 to 1, and the final offering price was set at 7,000 won. Delicious plans to use the funds raised through this public offering for: △platform enhancement and new service development; △marketing investments for global market expansion; and △entry into the fashion-related SaaS business. Jeong Chang-han, CEO of DILLI ILLUSTRATE INC., stated, “Following our KOSDAQ listing, we will repay our investors with tangible results through the enhancement of our platform’s revenue model and business expansion.”
