[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] BTS members V and Jungkook have revealed that they are undergoing treatment for health issues.

During a live broadcast with Jungkook on the fan platform Weverse on the 12th, V said, “I’ve never mentioned this to the ‘ARMY’ (fan club), but my hearing started to deteriorate about two and a half years ago.”
He explained, “If my left ear can hear at about 100, my right ear can only hear at 30,” adding, “So I’ve been taking medication consistently.” He continued, “It got a bit worse during my military service,” and noted, “I’m also visiting the hospital regularly.”
Jungkook revealed that he is experiencing issues with his shin. “My shin is on the verge of a stress fracture,” he explained. “My heart is racing with the desire to dance, but the pain is so intense at times that I can’t dance. I hope the fans will understand this situation,” he confided.
Jungkook, who recently visited the hospital, explained, “It seems there’s a lot of inflammation in my shin, and there may also be some micro-damage to the bone.” He continued, “Since we have a continuous schedule of performances, it’s not healing well. I’ll do my best to manage it and perform.”
BTS is currently performing the North American leg of their new world tour, “ARIRANG.” V and Jungkook shared this update on their health during a live broadcast following their concert in Baltimore, U.S., on the 11th (all times local).
Big Hit Music, the group’s agency, has not issued a separate statement regarding V and Jungkook’s health. BTS will continue their tour at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, U.S., on the 15th and 16th.
