“Summer Vibes” is Park Hye-won’s new release, coming three months after she dropped the single “Practicing to Be the Protagonist” last May.
The album features a total of seven tracks, including the double title tracks “3 Days Later” and “It’s Not Like a Meteorite Fell and the End of the World Came.” Composers Jooho and Rohai, as well as producer KZ, participated in the album’s production. Among the tracks, “A Certain Stranger” features lyrics and composition by HYNN herself. All tracks will be released at 6:00 p.m. today via various online music platforms.
Of the double title tracks, “3 Days Later” is a breakup ballad that evokes the R&B vibe of the turn of the century. The music video, released alongside the track, captures HYNN delivering a nuanced emotional performance while standing in the pouring rain. The video was produced in collaboration with Director Yoo Il-han of Cape Planet, known for directing “UV Syndrome” and “The Beatles Code Season 2.”
“It’s Not Like a Meteor Fell and the End of the World Came” is a trendy pop-R&B ballad track. Directed by Kwon Jae-heon, the music video for this song features performance scenes by dancer and choreographer Choi Ho-jong. This music video will be released on the 18th at 6:00 p.m.
HYNN will hold her summer solo concert, “Midnight Blue: Luna-rium,” at Yonsei University’s Grand Auditorium on the 15th and 16th.
