[Edaily Starin KIM HYUNSIK Reporter] Singer Kim Ki-tae, winner of “Singer Again 2,” is set to release his new song “Wooden Bag.”

According to his agency, JMG (Double X Entertainment), on the 13th, Kim Ki-tae will release “Wooden Bag” at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th via various online music platforms.
“Wooden Bag” is Kim Ki-tae’s new single, released two months after he dropped “At Gwangalli” last June. Kim Ki-tae worked on the new song while reflecting on his past as an unknown singer for nearly 20 years.
Kim Ki-tae announced the release of his new song on the MBC Standard FM program “Women’s Era with Yang Hee-eun and Kim Il-joong,” which aired that day.
He revealed, “When I was young, I didn’t have the opportunity to perform on stage, so I even paid out of my own pocket to get on stage, and I endured countless part-time jobs and delivery work to pursue my dream.”
He went on to share the story behind the song, saying, “I felt that Chef Lee Yeon-bok’s life—having overcome hardship and adversity to reach where he is today—resonated deeply with my own emotions from my long period of obscurity, which is why I wrote this song.”
Kim Ki-tae said, “This will be a song that comforts the hearts of everyone who is quietly moving toward their dreams,” and asked for support for his new song.
