In its “2025 Sustainability Report” published last July, Hana Securities identified digital financial innovation, customer data protection, and cybersecurity as key issues. Through this agreement, the company plans to further strengthen its security capabilities in the financial workplace.
GITSN is a specialized AI-based integrated security company that provides 24/7 continuous detection of security threats such as wireless eavesdropping and wireless backdoor hacking. It has supplied solutions to approximately 400 organizations—including central government agencies, public institutions, and local governments—as well as about 50 private companies, including major domestic commercial banks, and has accumulated operational experience in security-critical environments.
Under the agreement, the two companies will pursue technical and product collaboration in security areas such as eavesdropping and wireless backdoor hacking. Based on GITSN’s technology and field application experience, they also plan to jointly review measures to strengthen security tailored to Hana Securities’ financial work environment and to establish a security threat response system.
Jeong Ki-hwan, Head of the Management Support Group at Hana Securities, stated, “Since the financial industry is built on customer trust, security capabilities that protect customer information and the work environment are crucial.” He added, “Through this agreement, we will strengthen our foundation for responding to security threats and contribute to creating a safe and trusted financial environment.”
